“Awesome people who work here. Always nice and helpful. The store itself just doesn't carry all the stuff it once did. That's why I left one star off. Now I have to drive all the way to Walmart for some of the small things I used to buy here.”

“Nice store, clean, well stocked, bought several things, just limited in what they have. Not like the normal US Groceries. Am happy with the quality of what I bought. Produce was fresh prices were good. It’s my fifth visit to an Aldi so I wouldn’t call myself an Aldi shopper. Each visit was in a different city. Overall pleasant but will probably spend more and go back to Publix, then in a year or so try Aldi again. Love the concept just not ready to change.”
“This Food City is huge. But today, I couldn't get 4 of the things on my list. I found several empty spots on shelves.
The store wasn't busy when I visited, but there were a couple of people in line at the ONE open checkout lane”
“I have rated this place before ...they get four stars this time for not making me check myself out with a large buggy of groceries. I'm tellin' ya...if they would not have checked me out, I would have left that buggy and went across the street to Publix.”
“By far my favorite place. Love seeing the people there and my old friend Sarah always working her tail off. Great place to shop and always has the correct selections. Somethings may be out place but that's mostly customers replacing items wrongly.”
“Let me tell you, I’m a truck driver so I am a DG afficianado! Been to them all over. Let me say, I am impressed. My gosh. It was clean, well lit, products organized and front faced. Aisles wide and clean. Even the clothing and socks were organized. I really hope corporate sees this, because those folks working in there deserve some kind of award and recognition. Most DG look like they have been looted. Some I couldn’t even get down the aisle because the truck came in. So hats off to the little DG in GA that made my day.”
“I enjoyed the vegan food at reasonable prices. The vegan Cuban sandwich was great. The empanadas were a nice snack. Got to love an all vegan menu! Can't wait to go back!”
“Tiffany at the Dawnville Rd store in Dalton GA is a fantastic employee! She is always cheerful and wants to help customers. There is several of your stores in my area, but I have to say, I mostly go to this particular store because of her.”
“I have been shopping at this store since it opened and it’s gotten a lot better with the newest management. The old management (Bekka, and her crew) were terrible. The new girl in charge and her crew are a lot better and always friendly to customers. Idk why everyone downs on them so much. They can only do what corporate allows and only when and how corporate wants and their doing their best. I will continue to shop here until it closes its doors. As far as the low stock issue people are having that is also not their fault, they keep having to change suppliers and brands constantly because of inflation and the government changing stuff. People need to have more common sense and realize that a lot of things are out of the employees hands.

“The only reason I put one less star is because ALL Dollar General stores have stopped carrying some of the stuff I used to buy from them. It stinks that what I used to could run right up the road and grab now I have to drive all the way to Walmart for. But the people who work at this location are very nice and always talk to you while checking out. They are always happy to help you find what you are looking for.”
“Niello, the cashier took great care of me. He not only only scanned all my groceries with efficency, he also offered and helped load them into my car. I was appreciative of him and the service.”
“Great place. But the store is hugely understaffed as all Dollar General stores are. The employees are overworked, overwhelmed and under paid. I am a lifelong customer and not a/former employee. We go there to support the employees.”
“The store manager is really nice, and so is the assistant manager. The store is always stocked and clean unlike the others. I always get what I need. The other store down the road is so rude so I had to come down to this one.! This store is definitely the one I will be going to.!”

“The pizza here is honestly some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. Not to mention the people who work here are incredibly nice to me everytime I come in. Thank you to the lady who let me order a pizza even though they were close to closing!”
