“I placed an order, very reasonably priced product. Was notified it had shipped and would require a signature to be delivered. Jumped through all the hoops for UPS to leave it without me being at home. UPS left a sticky note saying they couldn't leave it without someone to sign. Called GA, spoke to a nice gentleman who explained that they do required signature to cover badly handled packages. He said they would reach out to UPS to help make sure my box got delivered, and it did with no further delays a couple hours later. Will order from them in the future, exceptional customer service.”

I went to Home Depot on Mt Zion to pick up a 100 ft extension cord that I had found on the app. The app said there was 58 at the store but when I got there the shelf was empty. An employee by the name of Malcolm was extremely helpful in listening to my dilemma and solved the problem by finding the cords. This is the kind of service that keeps me coming back to Home Depot.”
