“Man this place is a 10/10 everything a trucker can ask for far as unloading time. They will get you in early and I’m not talking about 1-2 hours early I’m talking about a day early. Unloading time is less than 1hour and they have truck parking here. The pilot is right down the street as well

Pull up to gate and security will tell u to put your DL up to the camera then walk into security shack and he will come on the intercom and instructions you from there. You can make a copy of bill and stamp in received all yourself and leave a copy for them in the basket then he'll tell you where to go from there. Sounds complicated but it's very simple”
“This place is fast and efficient on delivering to. Tight spot to dock but it only sharpens your skills. Take your time don't rush. Get out and look if you have to. 5 stars easy”
“OTR: Gated location. Overnight parking onsite. Parking is limited on the side street. Busy location. Open: Monday - Friday, 730am-5pm. Have pickup / delivery details (+ #). The bathroom is available next to the S & R office. Clean Bathroom available during business hours. Good lighting. Plenty of space, manageable to maneuver. Pets allowed.”

“Don’t believe the broker when he says there 24/7… didn’t get a chance to experience working with this shipper because the broker screwed up and didn’t have a clue to what he was doing.. wasted time and fuel on the brokers account. Get here they are closed..
No cars in the lot doors locked.. and broker says maybe it’s shift change.. well you Dumb@@@@& there has to be people here to have a shift change!!”

“Was here when the doors opened @ 0700AM. Had an 0800AM was unloaded before my appointment. Per their plant manager, they have to have you unloaded in 2 hrs. They have a schedule of so many trucks per day to make sure this happens. If you show up late, not your schedule day for your appointment etc...you will become a work in. So just know at that point you can be here all day or even pushed to the next day. This place is awesome in my opinion. So with that being said drivers show up early and drop your load early or be late and don't complain about the all day waiting or next day, thats on you!!”

“Only giving them 4 stars not 5 because the dock is tight only because they put these huge boulders in grass in front of docks where it’s super tight and come very close to hitting them to get in dock. Other than that loaded good and in a decent time frame”

“When you get to the gate honk your horn. Very friendly they open at 7am. Lady at shipping office is very helpful. Drop trailer at the dock and bobtail to the office park there. Wait for a phone call. 2 to 3 hours to load. Thank you from Bertrand Kay Services”

“Wasn't as bad as I thought it would've been reading the reviews. Appointment was for 6am, arrived at 0515, in a dock by 0615 and done by 8am. Only took one star off due to the security guard being sleep in the guard shack upon arrival. Had to knock twice in the door to wake her up.”
