“Listen! Don’t come to these folks lot and don’t belong. Three trucks was here when I arrived at 2am so I thought it was cool. Laid down 30mins later security banging on my door with the spot light all in my face. Ask my business and told him I had a pick up in the morning and he ask for proof and was cool about it. Unbeknownst to me, I was already booted and didn’t know. Moral of the story if I didn’t belong that boot was a $500 fee!
As far as shipper and receiver, also cool appt was @11am. Checked in @9am and loaded by 10:30am and paper was in trailer once completed. Great experience.”

“It was a little challenging to find but a great place to deliver. No gates to deal with and no drama. Very nice group of folks. I would come here again without hesitation. There is parking in the street and it was quiet. The police do patrol this area and Kroger DC is across the street. Enjoy drivers.”
“OTR: Gated location. Overnight parking onsite. Parking is limited on the side street. Busy location. Open: Monday - Friday, 730am-5pm. Have pickup / delivery details (+ #). The bathroom is available next to the S & R office. Clean Bathroom available during business hours. Good lighting. Plenty of space, manageable to maneuver. Pets allowed.”

“Arrived here 05.05.25 to get loaded. When I arrived at 1230 there were 5 trucks ahead of me and I immediately got pissed. I just knew I would be there until nighttime. However, I was loaded and leaving by 1530. That is an excellent job imo!!!! Dayum good job. Everything went smoothly. Light load. No complaints here!!!!”

“By appointment only. I delivered here. They have a gate which opens at 4:30 am. Receiving check in at door S075. The receiving starts at 6 am. You will be asked to unhook and pull up. I got unloaded within 30 minutes ( 13 pallets).”

“I've been here many times and always have a great experience. In fact, this last Friday my load wasn't supposed to be ready until Saturday and they loaded it by 6:00 p.m. p.m. on Friday letting me get a head start out of town. After rush hour so I didn't mind”

“When you get to the gate honk your horn. Very friendly they open at 7am. Lady at shipping office is very helpful. Drop trailer at the dock and bobtail to the office park there. Wait for a phone call. 2 to 3 hours to load. Thank you from Bertrand Kay Services”

You can arrive at night, there is space to park without obstructing circulation.
The reception door is on the side of dock/Door # 7, there are some stairs and a door.”

“I was there yesterday, great customer service! The review below from Lizbeth Valente is a lie. She was standing in front of me and had two gentleman with her who should have loaded the sofa. She was not called any racial slurs and was upset because she asked “ are going to load it?” And he advised her that she has two gentlemen with her to load. She then complained to the supervisor and was advised by him that it isn’t his job to load the furniture, only to pick it and bring it to you.”
