“I had a pretty great experience there. They don’t answer the phone, but it rolls over to a service person. I got an appointment quickly to repair two tires. The staff were very nice and friendly at the Morrow location and they completed the job in a timely manner. They went over what they did and complimented my old truck. I usually go to the Sharpsburg, Georgia location. The tire staff people at that location do not have good customer service skills. So the Morrow location was worth the drive. I will go back.”
“I got up this morning to go have tires put on my car. Little did I know the outcome was going to be amazing. When I arrived at the tire center the manager Donnie welcome me with a warm smile and professionalism out of this world. He went outside looked at my tires. When he came back in he said who said that you need tires! He said that I didn't need tires. I thought that I did. He said that I needed a oil change and tire rotation. Just think he could've said I needed tires. Donnie is a very honest person. You don't get that plot from businesses it's all about the money. Everybody needs to give Donnie a shout out he's very worthy of his professionalism and position in this community. Best at East Point Donnie at Bjs. Thanks again man lunch is on me. “Been awhile since I have been here construction has changed Costco DC entrance.
Coming from 285/Old National Hwy, just pass the original entrance and go down to the light (Hunter Rd) and turn left, 1st driveway turn left. Follow the signs around to the guard shack.
Overnight parking lot, nice port-a-potty with 5 bathrooms with sink, soap & paper towels, even had news/commercial playing.
A lil chaotic with driver's impatience entering/leaving docks.
Arrived 6am for 7am appt-got dock at 8am & was unloaded in 1.5 hrs”
