“This place is great. Excellent deals and very knowledgeable staff. The lady working in there can answer every question about every appliance in the store. The staff helping me pick out what I needed made the shopping experience enjoyable. Very friendly, very knowledgeable. Turned what i thought was going to be a chore into a fun shopping experience. A+, would recommend to any and everyone.”

The man running the ship actually called me back and apologized for missing my call, had the part I needed in stock and solved my problem when none of the other appliance stores could. Also noticed while I was there that they had great prices on new grills of all kinds! Great customer service and problem solving.”
“The staff was very helpful in explaining certain technical aspects of the appliance I was buying. Actually warning me of pitfalls to watch out for which I was familiar with. Saw that. That was an honest answer that they gave me. Gladly offered To help me load it and secure it to my truck. Reminded me of the warranty not to hesitate to call if any problems should arise. The price was very good. I I will shop there again and highly recommend it. I'm a grown man and I trust very few people but I feel like if you want to protect your budget and personal economy, this is a good store to shop at.”

“Dryer wouldn't start I thank God am a Hotel Repair guy and did some tests and needed a therno fuse and this place not only had them but without thinking twice the guy seen what I had from 5 feet away and reached under the counter without even looking and pulled out the exact fuse I needed. $16 and my dryer works again.”

“They mostly always have what I need is easy to find what you are looking for and check out quickly I prefer over lowes but each have there own unique items brands etc also each have better deals on certain products so shop around...only major problem i have is buying electrical wire having to wait because thief's make it bad for others but Columbus is 10x better at getting it than phenix city where good luck finding an employee even if they call one you could drive to this location and get it faster”
