“Ken Calhoun went above and beyond assisting us. What a gem of an employee! He went above and beyond to accommodate our work schedule since our work hours were not conducive to the showroom hours. He met us there on a Saturday and we were able to pick out our tub and shower and tub faucets. We were a very small residential project, yet he accommodated us with his knowledge and respect! Came in last week looking for help. The two young guys were solid—friendly, knew what they were doing. But the older guy? Rude, disrespectful, acted like I didn’t matter.
I even told management what happened, hoping for an apology or acknowledgment. Nothing. Guess customer care doesn’t matter. PDI, don’t worry about my business anymore.”
