Crystal, the manager, reached out to me personally, and that meant a lot. With a little help from my grandkids, I’m updating this review — and I truly appreciate the young men who treated me with kindness and respect. Thank y’all for making things right.
Came in last week looking for help. The two young guys were solid—friendly, knew what they were doing. But the older guy? Rude, disrespectful, acted like I didn’t matter.
I even told management what happened, hoping for an apology or acknowledgment. Nothing. Guess customer care doesn’t matter. PDI, don’t worry about my business anymore.”

“Absolutely amazing experience with Ace Hardware! I brought my Zero Turn in because it wasn’t working, and the service I received was beyond what I expected.
The mechanic was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to figure out the issue and get it fixed much faster than I expected. You can tell he really knows these machines and takes pride in the work he does. Everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and without any unnecessary runaround.
This kind of service is exactly why I’ll continue coming back to Ace Hardware. Having someone on staff who actually knows what they’re doing and gets the job done right makes a huge difference.

“I had a wonderful experience at the Lowe's on Veteran's Pkwy, in Columbus, Ga. today. I called ahead to make sure I could purchase my riding lawn mower and get it delivered as soon as possible. Denzel, the representative that worked in lawn and garden assisted me over the phone and did an exceptional job. He was able to answer all of my questions and help someone that was in the store in a very polite manner all at the same time. Once I arrived to the store he gave me his undivided attention and assisted me in a very professional manner. My experience here today was outstanding and I recommend this establishment.”

“I popped into this shop because I needed to grab a few quick tools to fix a squeaky cabinet door on my camper van. The store was really clean and everything was organized so well that it took me no time at all to find exactly what I was looking for. An employee working in the aisle smiled and asked if I needed any help finding things, which was super nice. The prices were just a little bit higher than the massive corporate superstores, but the great customer service and easy layout made it completely worth the stop.”
