Crystal, the manager, reached out to me personally, and that meant a lot. With a little help from my grandkids, I’m updating this review — and I truly appreciate the young men who treated me with kindness and respect. Thank y’all for making things right.
Came in last week looking for help. The two young guys were solid—friendly, knew what they were doing. But the older guy? Rude, disrespectful, acted like I didn’t matter.
I even told management what happened, hoping for an apology or acknowledgment. Nothing. Guess customer care doesn’t matter. PDI, don’t worry about my business anymore.”
“Neat place. Had all sorts of things I would not expect from a hardware store, like the various canned and jarred foods. Would rather come here than home depot because the workers are friendly, knowledgeable, and have way better customer service.”
“Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Although a relatively small store I have yet to not find what I was looking for in home related products. An example of their customer service was my last visit there. I was greeted immediately upon arrival I was asked if I needed help finding something (I did). I needed a specific small headed screw (2) in order to hang a picture. The employee searched didn’t just direct me to the section, he actually searched for me. In addition, on the way out I needed to buy a bag of sand, which I planned to purchase and then load myself. Another employee walked me outside to ensure they had the type of sand I needed (they did) and offered to load it for me. This is just the latest example of my interactions with their employees over the last few years. My first stop when in need of any type of hardware or supplies.”
“March 8, 2020 completely out of facemasks (I wasn't looking for them, just noticed). Went in for a specific item and it was in stock. Friendly staff, no attitude problems even though 1st Monday after Thanksgiving.
Have never had a bad experience
here.

“I've been looking for a heavy duty water key online and at hardware stores to no avail. Finally went to plumbing supply and they didn't have one so recommended Ferguson to me. They couldn't find one so were going to order one, as I was walking out the door they found one and works like acharm! Bobby Brown was friendly and very helpful.”

“They mostly always have what I need is easy to find what you are looking for and check out quickly I prefer over lowes but each have there own unique items brands etc also each have better deals on certain products so shop around...only major problem i have is buying electrical wire having to wait because thief's make it bad for others but Columbus is 10x better at getting it than phenix city where good luck finding an employee even if they call one you could drive to this location and get it faster”

“I popped into this shop because I needed to grab a few quick tools to fix a squeaky cabinet door on my camper van. The store was really clean and everything was organized so well that it took me no time at all to find exactly what I was looking for. An employee working in the aisle smiled and asked if I needed any help finding things, which was super nice. The prices were just a little bit higher than the massive corporate superstores, but the great customer service and easy layout made it completely worth the stop.”
