“Upon walking into the door and speaking with the first gentleman (blue eyes) go Dogs. My apologies for forgetting your name sir, he greeted me, made me feel welcomed, asked me how he can assist me, I told him my issues and he led the way. He was very knowledgeable and detailed. He didn't pressure me to get my business, but assured me that it would be done correctly. I trusted his word, he introduced me to Shania, she is the receptionist another sweetheart (HBD). She printed my documents, read what I needed and I went about my business. They had the car longer than my insurance said they should, however, it's a Kia I'm sure software had to be updated. When the car was completed, Mr Louis called me, my mother and I went to the office to pick up the car. He is also a sweetheart, he kept my mom laughing. My only hiccup were my key fobs because I had extra keys. Louis said my key fob key didn't work for some reason and the locksmith made those, but not to worry he would have that fixed the next day. Louis is a man of his word. We took the car back the next day and the locksmith fixed my key fob keys. I don't know why I stopped at this location that day, but I thank God that I did. “I can’t say enough good things about the incredible team at Discount Tire in Columbus, GA! During my visit, they went above and beyond to ensure my car was in top shape. When my low tire pressure light came on, they not only checked and adjusted my air pressure but also discovered that one of my tires was installed the wrong way—something I never would have noticed on my own! They quickly fixed it, rotated all my tires, and even replaced my windshield wiper blades, all at a very reasonable price. She called me one time during the day to update me and let me know what was wrong and what the cost would be I told her to go ahead and she told me when the car would be ready. When they arrived to pick up the car she went over the invoice and then escorted us to the car so we can do an inspection everything looke great we were off.”
“Over the years my picky tail self has done alot of business with ole Mr. Amos. He is a great guy, I have bought some cars from him, and have one getting painted in his shop now. “I have never used this place before so after I have repairs done to my vehicle due to a wreck I will be updating my opinion of this place. but I can say that they were super awesome, I asked for an estimate and he immediately told me just bring it to me and I got u, & I couldn’t get anywhere else to do it for me. Once he looked at my car, it took him ab 1 & a 1/2 days to get back with me with a complete and thorough estimate. I can’t wait to see the results of my baby being fixed!”

“This is the most honest car repair shop that I have used since moving to Columbus 4 years ago. We used numerous shops off of here that were recommended to us but it's either they overcharged or told us that there were things wrong that were in sound running condition. Once I changed to this car repair shop, I can drop off my car and not have to worry about being taken advantage of or the the work not being done properly.
