Despite being clean and having newer electronics, the rooms lack renovation and feel worn. Guests have raised concerns about poor communication regarding renovations, such as no prior notice about ongoing work or issues like dark water in the bathroom after renovations began. Safety features like outlet covers and fire extinguishers are present, and the pool area is secure and accessible only to guests. Overall, while the staff and location are positives, the hotel requires significant improvements in room quality and communication to match expectations.
We stayed here over the weekend and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and maintained. The staff was great. The pool was very nice. The exercise room was well stocked with new up to date equipment. This would be a five star review if the were microwaves in the rooms and a free breakfast.

Just ok as they go. We stayed there a few months prior and the staff was great and made us want o come back but this time not so great. The he staff was all different. Just did not give us the same feeling as last time. May have to look other places next time.
