Absolutely no customer service I need a phone from the case and the lady said I locked my keys in the bathroom so I have to come back tomorrow. Rude and very poor customer service. Employees coming into work high as a kite and wanting to start fights. I would not be going back there til that employee is fired and that the female manager is fired. On top of it the employee was doing all of that in front of my son and being rude to my son when we were in the store.

Normally pretty good in Friendly staff but you shouldn't lock the doors at 9:50 when you close at 10:00
