I don't have the best credit right now because I'm going through a divorce but he was able to get me approved for financing no problem. Any questions I had he is quick with responding. “As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Cloee. I’m the type of customer who doesn’t like to be bothered AT ALL, and they did a great job of giving me space while still being helpful.
I wasn’t looking for a “forever” mattress. I told Cloee I was looking for something under $500 but was also open to checking out options in the $500-$1000 range. She was super welcoming and invited me to lay on a random mattresses I picked out. Honestly I thought laying on the floor models is gross (because…who likes doing that?), but she acknowledged my hesitation and made me feel comfortable.
No shady sales tactics, which I appreciate.
In the end, I bought the mattress because of the exceptional customer service I received.

“I had a fantastic experience at this furniture store! From the moment I walked in, the sales associate Rashad was incredibly kind and patient. I explored the store extensively, choosing a full house of furniture, then completely changing my mind and selecting a different set. Rashad patiently itemized all my choices so I could see the costs clearly.
When I had questions about financing, he introduced me to the manager Torrey, who went above and beyond. Unlike two other stores I visited, Torrey devised a way for me to hold my furniture until my closing date, allowing me to either finance or pay in cash.
When the closing date arrived, Torrey was at another location, but he ensured I was taken care of. He coordinated with another manager to make sure everything was in order, staying on the phone with me throughout the process to confirm that my order was perfect. I truly appreciate the exceptional service and support I received. Highly recommend this store!”

The showroom was larger than any I have visited in the southeast. After a brief introduction, the employees addressed us by name- and they were busy that day! It was obvious that details were an important part of the company culture. The customer service and design assistance were very impressive, thank you Laura Kunze and Jeanie Bross. Laura listened to my wants, asked questions regarding how the space would be used, and took into account the older furniture that I wanted to keep in the room. I now have a plan mapped out for future purchases that will compliment my dreamy new leather chair, happy lamp, and comfortable sofa. All pet paw protected- and pet approved purchases! There was no pressure to make an impulsive purchase. The experience was the equivalent of having a great friend with interior design expertise helping you select the perfect furniture.
