It’s alright. The agent on duty at time of purchase was unwilling to take care of customers that were waiting for longer hours.

Unable to help me. They sent me across the street to the UPS store to return the cable box I was told to drop off at their store. They told me it would be a 40 minute wait. There were three employees and one was not doing anything.
