They were very professional, and I’m going to say it out loud the area would make you think that the service would be subpar however, I travel around the United States and do a lot of business with rental trucks and I realize this staff had a very professional demeanor not only that they seem to have a good camaraderie amongst their coworkers to which I found very satisfactory my process was simple. I was served with politeness and again I would definitely revisit the Covington Highway location at any time and feel confident I have been treated fairly.”

“I arrived to rent a 5x9 pretty late in the afternoon. It was around 4:30pm and I needed to rent the U-Haul trailer, drive home to pick up a riding mower and then drop it off and then return to the U-Haul location prior to 7:00 pm. Because the workers were responsive and efficient (and a neighbor backed the trailer into my driveway when I couldn’t) I was able to accomplish my tasks and to return the trailer prior to closing. The young woman associate (I didn’t get her name) was especially helpful in getting the 5x9 trailer attached to and removed from my truck.”
