“My husband came to fixed his SUV, it developed some little fault. It was a quick service. The attendant was friendly and patient. I didn’t take pictures because I was busy on phone through our visit.”
“I was in a car accident so I decided to call Enterprise. I sent an email to be call because my car had been taken to a repair shop already and I needed a ride to the local office. Although, I was not in their city I was closer to them than the one in my local area.
The gentleman worked had to get approval to give me a ride from his manager. I was in pain and there were about 5 people in front of me but it only took 10 minutes to be on my way.
They were so accommodating and kind. They were attentive and knowledgeable. This was the best experience I’ve had renting from Enterprise. I’ve been renting from them for over 35 years so kudos!”
“Got to enjoy my slingshot on my birthday with my daughter. Richard from Slingplug rentals walked me through the easy process with online booking! I booked online and they delivered to my house and also picked up. I was very happy with the customer service and how easy they made it. I wanted to add, they answer their 800 number fast each time. “Great customer service from Craig! He handled my rental and a few others while I was waiting in the office, with amazing energy and complete diligence! I had few hiccups with my card hold due to fraud alerts but Craig remained calm and assured me that these things happen all the time but kept the energy cool and calm the entire time! I appreciated his pleasant tone and cool attitude! The truck we rented for a family trip to Tennessee was a smooth ride with the feel of luxury due to the interior being leather and fully loaded!

My car was not very clean and that's why I didn't give them 5 stars!”
