“I had a great experience in this store. I needed to both make a return and purchase a gift card. My return has been sitting in a bag for over a month waiting for me to find the time. I was nervous about it because the receipt was faded. However the staff quickly put me at ease and made the return based on the credit card I used to make the original purchase.I ended up picking up a new shirt and get in the self check line because there were only two registers open and both had long lines. I wrongly assumed the gift cards would be near the register. The woman working the self check area pointed me toward them and told me not to stand in line again to check out but to just come back to her and let her slot me into an open machine quicker. The store was clean and the workers were all very friendly and helpful.”

“I mean, it’s Target! Always a much more pleasurable shopping experience compared to other stores. I spend a bit too much when I go inside lol but I thoroughly enjoy the option of the drive up pickup. They don’t keep you waiting long and my order has always been correct. And now you can order Starbucks in drive up! My cons about the Conyers store is that they rarely have much of the Black History Month items and sometimes not enough registers open.”

“I’ve recently had a disk replacement in my lower back and purchased a new mattress in hopes of getting more comfort and better sleep. After about two weeks I realized the mattress was too firm and would be tossing in turning all night wand what sleep I would be able to get I would wake up sore form the firmness of the mattress. Attempted to have mattress exchanged and 3 weeks later and 3 separate deliveries issues later I haven’t received my mattress exchange. Reschedule after reschedule and failed delivery after delivery. No one ever knows what’s going on for sure and just blame it on a “glitch”. I’m not sure if it’s just this particular mattress firm, the company they have delivering or if it’s partially both but this has easily been some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.*UpdateThe Store Manager Alexis contacted me and corrected the issues with the deliveries and mattresses. She was very understanding of my frustrations with the whole process. I appreciate her for taking the time to rectify the issues and I’m super satisfied with the mattress. Thank you”
