“I found this place by using Internet looking for Great ratings places near me. When we got to the store, we spoke with Jacob, who was very professional, took his time to explain several sets we were interested in. We finally went with a new LG washer and dryer. We scheduled for delivery three days later and promptly they arrived.
The washer worked just fine however The dryer started but cut off. When this happen, our sales person Jacob went beyond a call of duty he followup and helped us until we resolve the problem
After troubleshooting for a couple more days. We made a few adjustments, we upgraded from a three prong plug to a four plug and found The problem resulted from a loose connection at our electrical panel board.

“Normally the service at Home Depot is decent but from a recent trip I can say that the customer server is great, maybe even to great. My family and I were getting a Christmas tree and we had said before that we didn't need a net just a trim since we had parked close to the store. Instead of skipping the net and just trimming it the worker there insisted that we needed a net and that it would help a lot. When we reassured him that it wasn't necessary we were ignored and he continued to add a net on the tree. After checking out I was getting ready to pick up the tree and put it in my truck. Another worker came up to me and asked if I needed any help. I declined the offer as it was a short walk to the truck and I could manage. He didn't take no as an answer and continued to walk with me to the truck. He wasn't holding anything just walking by my side.. then when I put the tree in the truck he continued to stay by and watch. Finally he walked back to the store. The tree was great and the customer service was good too. A little pushy to my liking but overall it was nice. Out of 10 stars I'd say it was a 8.5.”

“I visited this Home Depot today to pick up a second gallon of paint after purchasing one yesterday. Unfortunately, the shelves were empty, but Lydia in the paint department went above and beyond to help. She spent over 30 minutes searching for the paint, even calling over a team member with a lift to bring down multiple pallets until they finally found it. Lydia was incredibly kind, patient, and dedicated—I truly appreciated her outstanding customer service!”
