“The sales rep lied about everything just to make a sell. When I called Verizon later they said everything i was told was not correct. The district manager contacted me about this visit and I went back up there and he apologized and corrected all the the issues I had, I was very satisfied with the effort he put in to make thing right.”

“Excellent experience. The local, human help sooo far exceeded any of the many online experiences I undertook to try to get this resolved. Don't try to navigate the mess that the online system attempts to steer you toward... You probably won't get there. Next time, I go straight to the human staff. And I intend to bail out of Xfinity as quickly as possible.”
