“This Publix is not the closest one to my home, but it's worth shopping there when I'm in the area because it's well stocked with many specialty items I like.”
“BOGO IS THE BEST!!!!! I ENJOYING VIEWING THE WEBSITE FOR BOGO EACH WEEK. THE CHERRY PLUMS ARE A PLUS!!!! 3.99 A POUND. PLUS ADD YOUR NUMBER EACH TIME. IT WILL ADD A $2 OFF SOMETIMES. LOVE YOU PUBLIX.”
“Before I start my comment, I'm giving 5 stars only because the Customer Service Mgr, Mrs. Velida did an excellent job taking care of the employee & then taking care of me!! I usually shop at the Milstead Avenue Publix in Conyers GA quite often & I have to say, I ALWAYS have a great shopping experience every single visit.. But today's shopping experience (4/2/2026 around 11:45am in the self check out was not the greatest.. The female Self checkout Cashier who was running the self checkout was very rude & disrespectful.. She was giving me wrong information about a Digital Coupon BOGO Buy any 20oz Coke product & receive a Coke Zero 20oz for FREE.. She was telling me in a smart mouth tone that I could only receive A Regular Coke 20oz & receive a Coke Zero 20oz for FREE.. Here's when the Self Checkout female Cashier went South, I asked Can I speak to your Boss & she's gonna look at me & say Why?!?! All she's gonna do is tell you the very same thing I told you & then I said, MAY I PLS SPEAK TO YOUR BOSS( not loud but firm)?!?! She looked toward her Boss & with a loud smart alleck tone said, HEY!! VELIDA, HE WANTS YOU!! Mrs. Velida, came to take care of me & while I was speaking with Mrs. Velida about the coupon, the female Self Checkout Cashier, looked at me & said LOUDLY, I TOLD YOU SO!! I looked at her & told her she needs to shut her mouth.. I did readdress Mrs. Velida & showed her the Publix Digital Coupon & she took me to another Cashier & the cashier scanned both my 20oz Cherry Coke & Coke Zero & I put in my Publix Club Member phone number & my drink rang up BOGO exactly how the digital coupon showed that it was supposed too.. Mrs. Velida, thank you for having my back & taking care of me.. I do think that your female self checkout cashier from 4/2/2026 around 11:45am needs to be retrained on how to give premier customer service.. Everyone of the employees & management at this Milstead Avenue location ALWAYS normally gives premier customer service.. This literally was my very first negative experience & prayerfully my last.. Again, thank you Mrs. Velida for going above & beyond on my behalf..”
“Night shift team rocks!! Front line associates are always helpful and friendly. Pharmacy is always courteous. Bakery and meat department are superb. The ladies in the deli are always dillegently working and making sure fresh meals are there for purchase. My only negative feedback is the night shift deli manager. She always seems angry never smiling with her hands on her hip policing the food. God forbid someone give an extra spoon full of mac and cheese im sure she will alert the news media. As a regular customer who spends so much time and money in the store its highly offensive. Im sure other patrons have shared my frustration.”
“I love the technicians that work at the pharmacy..they are always nice.helpful..and never get frustrated with me.i ask a lot of questions and answer me smiling thank you all!!”
“Special shout out to Benn, Keydra, and Cree (sorry if the names are spelled wrong), the first two from the pharmacy and the third from the meat department. My daughter had a panic attack about getting a flu shot, unfortunately felt, she has to get one bc she is susceptible to it (she got both strands last year and month apart). They took the time to give it to her while she screamed bloody murder, kept calm as she had a panic attack, and did everything they could to calm her down and bring her out of it- even grabbing some items to help with electrolytes or getting her up and moving. It was an extra 20 - 30 minutes that I am sure they did t have time for while working, but they did it anyway. There was one more, but I never caught her name for she helped at the beginning pre-shot phase.
Either way, I continue to go to Publix for this kind of service. They are generally good people and do care. Writing this review just to show how they went out of their way to help an embarrassed and stressed out mom (who is also afraid of needles) and a 12 year old girl with a panic attack.”
“Shopping at Aldi in Conyers has been such a pleasant surprise. After visiting the branch in Covington, I can confidently say the Conyers location is a noticeable step up.
The first thing that stands out is the tidiness. The store in Conyers is consistently clean, organized, and well-maintained. The aisles feel neat, the shelves are properly stocked, and everything just looks cared for. That level of cleanliness alone makes the shopping experience so much more enjoyable.
One small detail that truly makes a big difference for me is the milk section. At the Conyers store, the milk bottles are clean — not sticky, not covered in spilled milk. I don’t have to worry about picking up a carton and ending up with milk on my hands, or placing it in my cart and having everything else smell like dairy.
It may seem minor, but it speaks volumes about the store’s upkeep and attention to detail.
It’s refreshing to shop somewhere where cleanliness and organization are clearly a priority. The Conyers Aldi makes grocery shopping simple, pleasant, and stress-free — and that makes all the difference.”
