They took the time to explain the entire process and answered all of my questions with patience. Even when they had to decline certain items, they did so with the utmost professionalism and respect. “Got a gift card for Christmas, lost the card and the manager helped me get it replaced the customer service. I spoke to customer service and got nothing but attitude and he kept telling me to go to the store I bought the card from. Well he was wrong, the manager ended up contacting someone in customer service that helped us out. Next time I will be more careful with my gift cards. Overall, excellent service and friendly staff.”
“Nice store for jackets dresses, decoration, and misc items for less. However not very organised or much variety. Recommended for general shopping, coats/jackets if you don't have anything specific in mind.”
