“I have been an AT&T customer of this store for many years. I don’t have to go by very often. I have recently had two visits. Both have gone extremely well. First, visit I needed to replace my old iPhone with the new model. Judy Ann was knowledgeable and helpful. The transfer was easy because of her skill. I bought accessories to protect the new device including an Otterbox and a screensaver. It was a good thing. After only a couple of months, I thought I had cracked my phone screen from a weird accident. Fortunately it was just the screensaver. Juan knew just what to do. The AT&T screensaver was guaranteed. He changed the broken screen out for a new one in a matter of minutes. Juan was knowledgeable, quick, effective and efficient. My issue was completely resolved and I was on my way in almost no time. Thank you very much! :)”
“Last week I went to the store in Braselton to see if I could resolve a problem with my iPhone since my Id was grayed out! A young man named AKBAR, helped me ! He tried several options and final he discover that there was a problem with screen time! In a few minutes he resolved my problem! I was happy to go there and thankful that it was resolved quickly! Another lady was there and as she left she mentioned that there is always someone at this location to help us ! I agree!?
