“I had an excellent experience with Asurion/uBreakiFix. John, the service technician, came to my home to perform a screen replacement and back glass repair on my son's iPhone 16, and the entire process was quick, easy, and incredibly convenient.
John was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything. He completed the repair in under an hour, and my son's phone looks and works like new.

“Fantastic customer service! I needed a new battery for my Google pixel. UBreakIFix came up as a Google certified store, so I made an appointment online and called to check if they had a battery in stock before I came by for the appointment. They said they didn't have my model battery in stock but could order it. Due to company policy though, you must pay in person for half the part up front and then the remaining balance afterwards. They also said the appointment is more of a formality and they'd still see me without the appointment if I needed to cancel and find a different time. I went in on Sunday and paid for the first half of the battery. They do charge a credit card fee, so use cash if you have it. Front desk customer service was super nice, and made whole process less stressful. The Google battery arrived in store the following Friday and I went in Saturday morning for the repair. They said would take 2-4 hours, so I ran some errands and got lunch before it was finished. Battery came with 1 year warranty as well. It works just like before! The walk out price was $103, give or take some coin change. It was definitely much cheaper than a new phone, and everyone was incredibly nice.”

“My phone was glitching and had some virus from an app that was downloaded in error. I went to my phone carrier store and they told me they couldn't hep me and recommended UBreakiFix. I arrived less than 15 minutes before closing and Dale helped me like it was 10 am in the morning. Dale was courteous, kind and caring. He checked my phone and uninstalled the app that was causing my phone to glitch. Dale also added that he wasn't going to charge me for his help. I then bought a phone case and a screen protector based on Dale's recommendation. He was knowledgeable and patient. By now it was after closing time. Jayden (another employee) installed the screen protector and let me know that if I had any issues with the protector to come back to the store. I'm glad I went to uBreakiFix. These guys are awesome!!”
“This is my favorite AT&T store because every single employee goes out of their way to make people feel comfortable, at home, and not pressured. Shout out to Kayden S, one of the best salesmen AT&T can ever hope to get because he’s so sweet and low-key that we don’t even realize he’s going in for the kill until we’ve already handed him our credit card, and we’re still happy to do it. “I got the cheapest earring here ($24) in order to get a double piercing. It was super quick and the assistant manager was the person who pierced my ears! She was super nice the entire time. Also I haven’t had a piercing in about 7 years so I was pretty nervous, but the assistant manager (like i said before) was super nice and she found a way to calm me down. Here’s a pic of my new piercing!”
“I had such a great experience with Melanie at AT&T. She was extremely kind, patient, professional, and helpful from the very beginning until the end.
I was switching my phone service from T-Mobile to AT&T, and my situation was a little complicated because my phone was still locked to T-Mobile. Melanie took the time to help me with everything step by step. She even called T-Mobile for me and helped explain the situation so we could request the phone unlock. She stayed patient the entire time and never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable.
What I appreciated the most was how genuinely she cared about helping me. She did not just try to sell me a service and send me on my way. She made sure I understood what was happening and what I needed to do next. She went above and beyond to make the whole process as easy as possible for me.
Customer service like this is very hard to find. Melanie is friendly, knowledgeable, responsible, and truly deserves recognition for the way she treats her customers. I am very thankful for all of her help and I would absolutely recommend asking for Melanie if you come to this AT&T store.

“I had the best experience at Verizon with Chris Hardaway. I went in for some general information and after talking with Chris I left with things I didn't know I needed in my everyday schedule!
