“Finally getting parts in was a bit frustrating, with a complete lack of communication from them in the beginning. However, I spoke with Armando the second time I stopped in and that made all the difference.Repair was made while I waited (charging port replacement) and was only about 90 minutes. Took the opportunity to check out other stores while the repair was being done.Four rather than five stars because of the issues at the beginning... but well satisfied with the job once Armando got involved.”

“I got the cheapest earring here ($24) in order to get a double piercing. It was super quick and the assistant manager was the person who pierced my ears! She was super nice the entire time. Also I haven’t had a piercing in about 7 years so I was pretty nervous, but the assistant manager (like i said before) was super nice and she found a way to calm me down.
