A UPS that has customer service. The lady was lovely. But just to walk in and be recognized as entering the building... like hey we're here to help if you need it. Easy in and out. Just refreshing old school costumer service. Adults actually work here.

Stopped by at 8am in a rush and Frankie was promptly open and ready to serve me with a smile! Helped me out and quickly had me on my way. In a world of villains, we need more heroes like Frankie! Thank you!

Been using for a long time. Have a box. Not perfect and hours could be better but regular employees are decent and it’s pretty convenient.
