“The owner, Jim, is the greatest. Our daughter is starting at UGA and we are out of state. There were no good options in Athens to ship dorm essentials in advance of her move. We reached out to Jim since his Pak Mail location is located roughly halfway between Atlanta and Athens. He allowed us for a nominal fee to ship whatever we needed to his store (i.e., Amazon, Target, etc.) and then he kept it in a safe and secure manner until we arrived last week for the move in. Jim went above and beyond for us. Our flight was late and by the time we reached Lawrenceville, his store had been closed for several hours. However, Jim graciously agreed to come back to the store after hours to allow us to pick up all of our boxes. While it must have been intrusive on Jim's life to assist us, he did it with a smile and positive wishes for our daughter's move to Athens. We cannot thank Jim enough for his help. I highly recommend Jim's Pak Mail store to anyone including future out of state UGA students who find themselves in the same predicament as us. Go Dawgs!”

It was a huge set of 80+ pieces, priceless and irreplaceable. Ashley and the other employee there packed it with extreme care, and not a single item got broken. “Best customer service I've ever received at a UPS store was given today at the one on Spout Springs store today! I had to bring 9 large Stryker boxes as a female courier and it was a struggle as some were a little heavier.. when I pulled up and Kaven saw me loaded down, he immediately came out and offered help bringing them in. No more - they appear to be gone and possibly new ownership because I am greeted with a pleasant smile and gracious attitude everytime I go in this establishment now. Kudos to these two young men for their diligence and hard work. It is not going unnoticed.”
“These folks were AWESOME! It looks as though a competitor is trying to hurt their business with fake reviews. I recently moved to the area. I am a frequent customer of pack n ships. I use UPS/USPS, notaries, color printing, laminating, etc. All of these services were performed efficiently and effectively. They welcomed me, introduced themselves, and did nothing but kindly handle my needs. 5 stars. Say hi to Jessie when you go!!!!”
