“Store is clean and organized. Prices seem to be better than average. Last week I bought tires and found the process easy and didn’t have to wait an excessive period of time. On the few occasions when I’ve had to return an item they make it easy. So overall I am happy with Costco and plan to continue shopping here each week.
Im sure it’s difficult for any store to always have quality items but they must try to stay competitive. Recently the toilet paper is sub par. Much below average. Thin with rips or tears. I’m not the only one who has noticed this so will have to change brands”
“For me without a doubt the best place to download, Appt for 6 pm I arrived at 11:50 pm, a man received the papers and told me to park from 6 to 8, when I got to the door a man was already there waiting for me to park, It is the dream of any driver to come here, Thanks to these kind people, I parked in front of gates 45 and spent the night, I hope this helps you Without a doubt it is the best place to unload in many years OTR, it is my first time here and without a doubt these people are very polite and friendly, Thank you for your hospitality, To the truckers, we know how difficult it is to be stationary late at night and here I was able to do it after downloading at 12:20 am, you know what I mean, good luck to everyone”

“WORK SCHEDULE
MONDAY 3am-12pm
TUESDAY TO SATURDAY 5am-12pm
I arrived at 3pm and was told to arrive tomorrow at 5am, parked for the night at the Pilot truck stop for 2 minutes. to go, $18, all parking lots are paid.
The appointment for 8 am arrived at 7:30 am and the door was immediately opened (but the door to the trailer was told not to open), the security guard at the entrance explained everything and immediately opened the door.”
“When you arrive at the gate, stop at the stop sign and wait for the security guard to tell you to continue to the gate. They will ask you for the papers containing the delivery number and your ID. Then they will ask you to cut the seal and leave them in the back of the trailer. They will assign you an unloading door and give you instructions to leave the papers in the office tray at door 928. In the office, read the instructions that are in the photos attached to this comment.”

“You can show up and check-in 12hr early, just as good as having overnight parking when every truck stop within an hour is full 24/7. Nice guards, nice receiving, decent lumpers, no lounge.
Only thing I can't abide is trying to call someone and getting trapped in phone menu loops, finally getting ahold of someone and they're just useless and ignorant. 24 hr facility and "the receiving office opens at 7". Fix your phones!”
