Ben Paddick provided an accurate wait time and offered to overnight the item once it was in stock.
I told him that I didn’t need it overnighted but that transparency and being honest was important to me given the number of drop shippers not keeping count of what’s in stock and then taking your money for an order they can’t fulfill.
Despite recovering from surgery, Ben got back to me, and sent me the item using next day air.
