“I'd give them 6 gold stars and two thumbs up! Rafael went WAY above-and-beyond to ensure that I had the proper alternator for my nearly 40-year-old Ford Ranger. He took the time and made the effort. It's refreshing to see such great customer service. I'm impressed.”

“I had a bearing go bad on my boat trailer and had to pull over on the side of 400. I unhooked the boat and headed to advance where Ben did an outstanding job getting me all the right parts (my outer bearing didn’t have any markings on it, so he researched it and figured it out!) Thanks to Ben for being an awesome helper and Advance for keeping the bearings, racers, and gasket in stock and ready to go. It literally saved our family vacation and turned a horrible situation into a very minor setback!”
