“Julie and Josh were extremely helpful. They really know how to take care of a long- time customer. I lost my phone while kayaking in chestatee river and they were able to work something out to get me a new one on Labor Day weekend. Couldn't be more grateful.”
“Buying phones is like buying a car in my mind…a dreaded thing! Matt at the Dahlonega Store made my experience so much better than expected. He took his time explaining everything and was VERY patient with me. He answered all of my questions and not once seemed irritated. Best customer service you could ask for! He was balancing several people at one time as well. Thank you, Matt!”

“Went to this store to purchase home Internet after many many issues with kinetic where Deziray first off answered every question my wife and I had before even offering any services. Did not try to upsell us in any way and searched hi and lo for any rebates, which she found. She helped make the experience as pleasant as It could be. Also, the Asst Manager who's name escapes me at the moment was super helpful as well troubleshooting the get everything set up. Definitely recommend her and that particular store to anyone who is interested in their services.”
