The only thing I questioned at first was the length of her nails because I honestly didn't know much about how short they should be. Instead of brushing off my concern, the owner took the time to look at my dog's nails with me and explained where the quick was and why they couldn't safely be trimmed any shorter. I really appreciated the patience and education—it helped me understand something I didn't know before and where I needed to better educate myself as a dog owner.
It's refreshing to find a business that not only does excellent work but also takes the time to educate and make customers feel comfortable. I'll definitely be bringing my dog back and highly recommend them!

I have boarded my pets in several different kennels in the Dawsonville Cumming area and nothing compares to North Hall. Our French bulldog has anxiety and the owner held him most of the time to calm him. When I went to pick him up he ran to the owner. That shows true love and care. I would rate them 10 stars if that was available. This couple is amazing!!!!!!

1 Camp, Merrill Dr, DahlonegaI wanted to love it here so much. When we got there, we saw that the building the restaurant is normally in is currently being renovated. I found that out by going to their facebook page after we got home. Because of that, the restaurant is operating out of a little room off the Camp Merrill Gymnasium. The whole place is a little bigger than our living room.
There's only a few tables and chairs. There was only one employee, and he was just as nice as could be. He was the cook, the waiter, the cashier, everything. There were only 2 other people in there the whole time we were there.
The food itself was just okay. In their defense, I'm sure when the restaurant is operating in their normal building, with their normal equipment, everything will be better.
Since it's 9 miles down Camp Wahsega road, I thought I should let everyone know that it's being renovated before they make the long drive. We are going to try it again later in the year. I'm sure it will be better once the renovations are done, and I'll update my review then. 🍔🍟🍺

I asked them for help to find a wine to use during the communion for my wedding and they were so helpful and I even got wine from them for my wedding. I highly recommend visiting them the views are great, the workers are nice, and the wine is amazing!

1363 Red Oak Flats Rd, DahlonegaThe staff of the Lumpkin County Animal Shelter is caring and loving towards the animals that come through their doors. Some of the pets elderly and some arrive unhealthy, but the staff takes great care of them, gets them up to parr and then tries to find a home that will be a good match for animal. These people really care. They keep a clean facility and put all of their heart into the animals. Just wish the county would get them a larger space!
