“A deer slammed into the side of my Toyota Highlander one night, causing damage from near the driver's side door to headlight. Adams was recommended by another shop that has done some engine work on our cars (they don't do body work). Impressed right away by thoroughness of exam and pricing it out. Had to wait a few weeks before they could take it, but we'll worth it. They fell right in with 2 other estimates we had. This is a 12 year old car and they matched the maroon paint perfectly - including blending into the undamaged door so seamlessly I can't see any difference. All of the staff were delightful & readily answered all questions. If you need body work and paint done, this is the #1 place. You might have to wait for an opening, but you'll be happy with the results.”

It's clear that he deserves this reputation in the community because he really was fantastic. He tore down my diff and put new gears and bearings in it, and the truck runs smoother than ever now. Additionally, he was very flexible with me, staying late at the shop for me to pick up since I was coming all the way from Atlanta. “The first time I had to go to AA was when the business was still called Fred's. A belt on my Pontiac was going out and I was late for work. The service was phenomenal. They got the part in, my car fixed, and I was on my way in just a couple of hours. The best part was that when they quoted me the price, it was that price when it came time to pay. Since then I keep going back and every time I need something done, they are honest and upfront on what the cost will be and the time it will take. I have had one issue in all these years, the product was covered, and they took care of the issue at no charge. It is very difficult in this day to find mechanics who are honest, especially with women, but women run the office here. I refuse to take my vehicle anywhere else.”
