“Had to have my transmission control module replaced and reprogrammed on my 2016 Duramax.The dealership told me it would take 2 weeks to order the part and resolve the issue. Not only did Economy Diesel fix my issue in 48 hours, they had a certified GM technician do the programming. Communication was fantastic. I don't think i had to wait more than 3 minutes at any point for a response to a text message. They also answered the phone any time I called. Most importantly, the repair was done correctly and my truck shifts as smooth as glass.”

“My husband had an accident and delays with shops we thought it was going to be repaired but it was a total loss. We came to Carl Black for one car but we didn't want it. They were cool about that and the salesmen read us well and we bought a better car for us. It was simple and seamless and didn't take as long as most dealerships to get us into a car we loved. They worked with us on many levels and made this purchases easy. I'm hard to sell and I've always had buyers remorse but not with Carl Black. Hiram GA. We've been thru a lot but we thank God for this encounter which was easy and they put us in the right car. Sorry so long but we will do future business with them. “I'm both impressed, grateful, and disappointed. Read to the end. Moses has fixed one thing after another for us and our several cars over the years and I understand why he's so busy....he's the best value around and I know he will tell me the honest truth as it becomes apparent. Obviously, some problems become evident only as the parts come off, and he always quotes fairly, ending with 'but we may find something else wrong when we get in there (behind the wheel, etc.). We wanted an alignment ($75 fair price), but his amazing mechanic Omar discovered the tie rods are very bad, so he waited until he spoke to us instead of just sending us off with our alignment. Thanks to their expert eye, we got the proper repair with our alignment, saving our new tires and probably saving us much more, like our safety. Yes it was another $200+ but I'd much rather have the whole true story now. My family is once again impressed with the service of Mr. Tire. Our list of intensive repairs would have cost more anywhere else. Disappointed? I'm disappointed with the less than perfect reviews by other posters here. WTH is wrong with today's world that we go out of our way to take a stab at honest people for the most petty things? The man works 6 days a week, long hours of hard work, and fixed your car faster and better than any place within 30 miles will, and you show your lack of gratitude in such a petty but public way over something like dust? or because your car needed more repairs (lack of maintenance on your part-Dear). I'm thankful that Mr.Tire cared enough to really LOOK and fix my car right. Yes, it wasn't free but it was a great deal. I've never been disappointed with Mr.Tire or the repairs. You bet, we will be back if and when we need more work. We should all be thankful for Moses and all the staff at Mr.Tire. 5 STARS every time!”

“The first time I had to go to AA was when the business was still called Fred's. A belt on my Pontiac was going out and I was late for work. The service was phenomenal. They got the part in, my car fixed, and I was on my way in just a couple of hours. The best part was that when they quoted me the price, it was that price when it came time to pay. Since then I keep going back and every time I need something done, they are honest and upfront on what the cost will be and the time it will take. I have had one issue in all these years, the product was covered, and they took care of the issue at no charge. It is very difficult in this day to find mechanics who are honest, especially with women, but women run the office here. I refuse to take my vehicle anywhere else.”
