“Happy happy happy! Our internet and mobile contract was expiring in September with another carrier. The prices were doubling and we weren't real happy with the Google phones, reception or their customer service, so I shopped other carriers for a better deal.
T-mobile had a good offer, but we tried them a few years ago at another location. It was the worst retail experience of my 68 years! We went to the Dallas store anyway and we're so glad we did.
Liz and Luis redeemed T-mobile with a complete 360. They are knowledgeable, polite, professional and respectful. In my hour or so there I learned a lot just watching them get our equipment ready. It was refreshing!
We went with Internet and Samsung S25 mobiles, which were available in stock. The internet and phones were up and running when we left.
The phones got hot immediately. New phones come jam-packed with apps and set for warp speeds. I spent a couple of days uninstalling apps we don't use and changing settings to slow them down to our retired speed. The tips and helps are excellent, I was able to get it done without having to call.
We use the internet for TV and Bluetooth for security cameras, speakers and old phones we use for everything but calls. Our reception is excellent and the picture is dramatically more clear with beautiful colors, even on our free TV channels.
Electronics constantly change, updating was the best decision for our simple needs. Give em a try, hope you'll be just as pleased and impressed as we are. I believe we're in the right place now.”
