Publix Pharmacy at Paradise Shoppes of New Hope fills prescriptions and provides patient counseling, immunizations, and health screenings. The staff members are very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Customer service is always top notch, courteous, and helpful. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and compassionate, always taking the time to give recommendations. The techs behind the counter are friendly and helpful as well. However, prescriptions are often not ready until a customer arrives in person, sometimes resulting in a wait of 20-30 minutes. This can be difficult for those feeling unwell. Despite this, many customers are loyal, stating you could not pay them to go to a different pharmacy and that the experience is impeccable. The store is noted for treating customers very well.
I just want to say how great of an employee Dajsha in the Deli is. She is always smiling and very nice when I come to shop. I feel she represents the company values and I truly appreciate the love and care I receive while visiting. Big ups to her for being so amazing and making my experience truly awesome!!

Not the beat publix, but not a bad one. Losing a star today for letting me down in the produce Dept. Usually well stocked and not a rotten item in sight. Onions were less than good. I always visit this location when I need fresh bread.
