Luis helped navigate a complicated change of plan, addition of new line, and two new phones as wellas porting a number from another carrier. During our call we were disconnected (he promptly called me back); we had to schedule a later afternoon call, and he was in constant contact with me regarding that follow up call, as he was running late at the time we had agreed upon.Even a week later, I had to reach out due to delays with the former carrier on my new line and the release of a phone number, and Luis was just as helpful as ever.
