“Had a problem a iPhone power button the guys there replaced the button at a good price, still ended up having problems with the phone afterwards and they ended up replacing the entire phone free of charge. They have great customer service and will definitely recommend them.”

They did not have the item I was looking for, and I asked the associate if he could call the Dalton location to see if they had it available. He refused to make the call, which was very disappointing. I was surprised by the lack of willingness to help, and I ended up leaving the store because of the experience.”

“My husband and I came here to get a new phone plan and phones and the worker who attended with us was extremely professional and very helpful. Her name was Lien, she was amazing! She transferred and put a Sim card in my phone and got my husband a great price on a nice iPhone and a Great deal on a very protective case for his phone since he's very clumsy. She was very patient with all my questions and answered every one of them with detail. She was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable and was very attentive and left no questions to be asked. I highly suggest going here and definitely asking for her if she's working!!”

She was very polite and able to handle other customers in a polite manner as well since she was the oonly rep in the store. Great job!”

“My parents were wanting to go into the store and see what deals/offers were available at the time. I also needed a new phone. We went it and were immediately greeted with assistance. Mrs. Krystal helped us. She clearly explained all of the deals and perks that were going on at the moment and made sure to answer all of our questions. Afterwords my parents made their decision on which offer they wanted. Mrs. Krystal even took it a step further and gave us an extra discount. Overall an amazing experience! Would 100% recommend going in store if you have any questions or issues. The staff is amazing!”
