“A HUGE thank you to Angela who helped me out with troubleshooting my stepdad's phone. My stepdad is in a nursing home and I live out of town. I brought the phone in and she tried several things to get the ringer to work again, and did not give up until she solved it. I was ready to throw in the towel and buy a new phone, knowing how frustrated my stepdad would be if he had to learn a new phone. Angela was understanding and patient and persevered! She was very polite and able to handle other customers in a polite manner as well since she was the oonly rep in the store. Great job!”
“My husband and I came here to get a new phone plan and phones and the worker who attended with us was extremely professional and very helpful. Her name was Lien, she was amazing! She transferred and put a Sim card in my phone and got my husband a great price on a nice iPhone and a Great deal on a very protective case for his phone since he's very clumsy. She was very patient with all my questions and answered every one of them with detail. She was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable and was very attentive and left no questions to be asked. I highly suggest going here and definitely asking for her if she's working!!”

At the other location in Dalton I was helped by Melissa who greeted me with a smile and politely and helpfully got my pin for me.
