“This location seems to be the best with customer service and support. Michael implemented every option to help resolve an issue with my phone service. He was patient (I was already frustrated from lack of support online when I entered the Dalton location). He listened purposefully to my problem and fixed it. Thank you!!!”

“A HUGE thank you to Angela who helped me out with troubleshooting my stepdad's phone. My stepdad is in a nursing home and I live out of town. I brought the phone in and she tried several things to get the ringer to work again, and did not give up until she solved it. I was ready to throw in the towel and buy a new phone, knowing how frustrated my stepdad would be if he had to learn a new phone. Angela was understanding and patient and persevered! “My husband and I came here to get a new phone plan and phones and the worker who attended with us was extremely professional and very helpful. Her name was Lien, she was amazing! She transferred and put a Sim card in my phone and got my husband a great price on a nice iPhone and a Great deal on a very protective case for his phone since he's very clumsy. She was very patient with all my questions and answered every one of them with detail. She was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable and was very attentive and left no questions to be asked. I highly suggest going here and definitely asking for her if she's working!!”

The people at the other location don't care even a little bit and dont even bother looking at you when you walk in the door. At the other location in Dalton I was helped by Melissa who greeted me with a smile and politely and helpfully got my pin for me.

“Had some subs and amp hooked up to my factory head unit. Everything looks clean, sounds great, just one downfall. It’s a big one for me, or I would have gave 10 stars if I could. Down fall is now my heated and cooling seats don’t work after the install.”
