The employees were working, knowledgeable and had a good camaraderie amongst themselves. Upon completion, I was given a 50% off next oil change, which is considerable for me because I have a diesel truck.”

“I’ve unfortunately had my car in and out of this shop for a half a year at this point, trying to chase down a rattle in my front end that neither I, nor the mechanics can seem to find.

That being said, we’ve figured out all the things it’s not; and they confirmed everything is SAFE, that could cause concern; and made me feel confident in driving it again.They’ve thrown me a bone or two on prices probably due to us both being frustrated on trying to figure this out, and didn’t charge me for work they couldn’t do nor did they have me replace parts that didn’t need to be replaced.

I’m sure it’s been annoying when I show back up; but as annoying as I’ve been, Brian has shown me nothing but KINDNESS, PATIENCE, UNDERSTANDING, HONESTY and GENUINE CONCERN. Everyone I talk to at that shop seems to hold the same characteristics. All of that goes a very long way for me and I really appreciate everything they’ve done for me. They’re really great people. That’s why the 5 stars and why I trust them with any future projects I may have.”

“Had problems on a trip from Florida to Tennessee. Oil light came on with a lot of white smoke coming out exhaust. It was 4 p.m. when we got to his shop after googling auto repair in Dalton. David was very busy and called several other shops to see if anyone could help us...all were to busy or closing. Said he would see what he could do if we could wait until he finished job he was doing. Found out we didn't have an oil problem, but a leaking coolant pump that the leaking coolant blew our oil sensor. We had him change our oil and he filled our coolant reservoir. Told us to keep an eye on our temperature gauge. Charged us a very nominal fee (way less than the simple oil change we had done before we left} and we finished our trip with no problems.When we tipped him for his service and kindness to an elderly couple, he did not want to take it, but we left him no choice {don't mess with old people} David was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable and certainly have taken advantage of us if he had wanted too.We will probably never see him again, but I feel like we made a friend that day....would give him a 10 if we could.”

“I scheduled a service on July 27th for my old beater (high-mileage oil change). Upon arrival, the workers expressed to me that they had a call out and they were doing the best they could to attend everyone as soon as possible. Long story short, I dropped off my car and not even 20 minutes later my car was ready for pickup. If you need any services done to your car as quickly and efficiently as possible, look no further than the auto center at this Walmart. Thank you Uriel, Jose, and Jorge (and the ladies at the counter whom I did not get any names that were helping things go faster). Your hard-work and patience did not go unnoticed! Please be patient with Walmart employees, they do so much in so little time and they really are trying to do their best. At the end of the day, we are all human and humans after all are not perfect !”
