They did not have the item I was looking for, and I asked the associate if he could call the Dalton location to see if they had it available. She transferred and put a Sim card in my phone and got my husband a great price on a nice iPhone and a Great deal on a very protective case for his phone since he's very clumsy. She was very patient with all my questions and answered every one of them with detail.
