Dollar General is a popular store known for its friendly and helpful staff. Customers appreciate the dedication of employees, like a cashier who assisted a shopper with grace and kindness during a checkout mistake. The store provides a welcoming environment, as seen when a staff member helped a family during a storm, offering them a chair and a place to wait. Shoppers find the store well-stocked, with staff always working hard to keep shelves filled. It is a convenient stop for those traveling away from main cities, offering a variety of items that often lead to unexpected finds. Whether it's for essentials or a fun purchase like a helium balloon, Dollar General ensures a pleasant shopping experience for its customers.
The store is clean and organized. My only issue is it says they close at 10pm online and they actually close at 9pm. I lottery at 8:55pm thinking I had plenty of time get my items and use my Saturday coupon when I heard they were closing in 5 minutes.
