Bryce greeted me as soon as I came in and I told him what I was looking for and he offered me the best deal/upgrade/trade in I could have ever gotten. I went from an iPhone 11 64gb to an iPhone 14 pro max with 254 gb including a devise protection plan for only $17 extra a month. I could not pass that up. It was completely in my hands if I wanted to move forward or not. He was very patient with me in explaining all of my options. Verizon had to verify I was who I said I was and the manager even came out and apologized to me because that made things take a lot longer. 10/10 recommend. Thanks so much!!”
