“First time at the Soma store, and it was great! All the staff were kind and welcoming from the start. Alba was extremely nice and helpful to me, just top notch customer service! Meli was also super sweet. While I was there another customer was extremely rude and disrespectful to Alba, and even still Alba treated the undeserving lady with professionalism and respect. It’s like a breath of fresh air when you experience such wonderful customer service, considering it is unfortunately not the norm these days.”

“CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXEMPLARY!!!!In life we all want to feel great about every experience but the truth is that is not the truth. I originally seen a shoe at the Katy Mills Outlet and needed a certain size. It was located at Dawsonville location and SUPPOSEDLY delivered by UPS, well I never received it. Then Brianna S located shoe but was on vacation soon. No one updated the process so I called again and spoke with Naiya who assured everything will be taken care of soon. I called a third time and Brianna S was very apologetic because the other store had not mailed shoe out. Well two days later shoe arrived and again it was another problem it was display and worn out of shape. Leslie the manager called and she apologized for all of the problems and rectifi the issue. I am so thankful for hard working associates who were willing to make sure I was satisfied. I appreciate everyone of them”

“I had the best experience getting jeans here. I was in a pickle and my jeans ripped at work so I walked in there expecting to over pay for jeans or not find anything at all and man I was wrong. I told the girls in there my situation and that I needed new jeans asap and before I knew it I had 5 pairs in my hand and they all fit like a glove and the girls in there where hyping me up so obviously I bought three pair of the jeans that were my favorite bc they were having a buy 2 get 1 sale and it was the cheapest I've ever paid for jeans in my life I essentially got three pairs for the price of what I would normally pay for just 1 pair. Overall it was a great experience and the customer service was on point. I will forever be getting my jeans from there!”

I went to the store the next day in an Uber for almost 40 miles and the store had actually closed. I called and Josh answered, I explained my situation and he allowed me to still get my items. He turned what could have been a long and costly trip into an incredible shopping experience!!! I'll definitely be back and will tell everyone to shop at this location.”

“I stopped in here on a Friday afternoon to pick up a last minute birthday present for my daughter. I'd called before making the long drive to make sure they had a specific purse I was interested in. When I arrived, one of the sales associates remembered that I'd called and told me she'd put one aside just for me in case I came. But the highlight of my shopping experience was Ms. Gail. She helped me pick out some other things my daughter would like (at my request) and even let me know if the discount through the outlet (sign up for the outlet VIP program!). We had a wonderful chat and she really eased this stressed momma's heart. I ended up with a purse, a matching wallet, and two dust bags - all packaged up beautifully might I add. My daughter was absolutely ecstatic and has been wearing her new purchases every day since! Top notch service, wonderful selection, and great prices for quality Kate Spade items. Love this store!”

“I’d just like to say that I had two of the sweetest, most helpful ladies helping me at The Loft in Lawrenceville, Ga. last week. The first day it was a young lady name Thalia. She was such a delight and was sincerely interested in helping me find just the right outfits! I returned a few days later and Lynn, the store manager helped me. She was so attentive and jumped right in and made endless trips to the fitting room for me, until we found just the right sizes. The store started to get a little crowded but I noticed she would always pause and greet everyone that came through that door. In all my years of shopping, this has to be one of the very best experiences I’ve ever had!!”

“Love this place! I'm a little unsure about the first review. I found the clothes bigger than normal---especially the dresses. It felt great bumping a size down than what I usually wear. They have a large variety of clothes...dresses, skirts, blouses, vests, dress pants, you name it. I love the atmosphere here because it's so chic. It reminded me of the dressing attire in Mad Men (television show) that I am obsessed with. The "negative" here is the digging through the sale racks. Although, it isn't really a problem because once I found what I wanted, AND if it wasn't the right size, one of the employees scooped me up another size right back to my dressing room. Although not totally inexpensive, it's certainly worth the quality.”

“Love Tommy stuff!!! Not a big selection on sale today but still getting deals on things I need. Really wish all stores would cater to us shorter guys as 30 is the smallest inseam they have an I need a 29 or 28 with a 32 or 34 waist. I know I'm not height weight proportional but there's a lot of guys my size that have to sew pants no matter where they go because there's always a big and tall place but never a short and smart place!! I actually Felt pretty guilty being the things I did find out on sale I already had telling me I may have too much Tommy stuff but I don't care I like it. I'm a sailor I've always worn Tommy and I stop at every outlet mall I can to fill in the gaps of things I don't have. This one was packed did have some things I wanted but they weren't in my budget. Great place great Mall highly recommend!!”

“I had a great experience at the for all mankind 7 outlet store at Premium Georgia outlets. A kind and attentive lady greeted us and asked us if we were looking for anything specific. I asked her about the length of the jeans and she proceeded to tell me that a lot of their styles run long. I was so excited!!! She asked me about my preferences in style and feel and soon after she began to bring out different styles for me to try on. I ended up purchasing three pairs of jeans and two tops instead of just one pair as I planned. I forgot to ask for her name, but I'm looking forward to going back for another enjoyable shopping trip.Please let her know that my husband and I really enjoyed our time there and the attention she gave us. “This outlet store is like the actual store itself filled with quality merchandise and top notch customer service. Sometimes a brand's outlet is like the middle child who can't measure up to the older sibling's outstanding achievements and isn't cute enough to hog some of the attention away from the baby sibling. But luckily Eddie Bauer isn't no middle child! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by some smiling folks who wanted to know what we were looking for...We brought our friend who was visiting from overseas to buy a few things to take home since he said Eddie Bauer is about 35-50% more where he is from...Luckily there were lots of great stuff on sale and we even found an item on final clearance. We had a good experience here and would recommend the place to other shoppers.”
