“This is an upscale resale shop staffed entirely with volunteers and all merchandise has been donated. Every penny of profit goes to help support Dawson County Humane Society and No-Kill Shelter. The merchandise is more upscale, the shop is immaculate and the volunteers are very customer oriented. Open Wed-Sat 10-5:30. Truly a hidden gem!”

The Dawsonville location is worth stopping by. They have a good selection of clothes and affordable prices. I also liked the availability of various sizes. Signed in as my wife but I stopped by earlier today to get a bunch of stuff and before I drove over I called ahead to make sure everything I wanted to buy qualified for the special they were running. They took the time to check it for me and ensured me it would be fine. Drove an hour over to them. Got what I needed, ordered more online with the manager (they still applied the special), realized I made a mistake on one of the in store items and swapped it for the proper size. So I have dealt with them every which way and dealt with four different employees plus one manager, all of them were super friendly and helpful. Great team!”

After telling her, she took me to the spot where they were and pulled out the size I was looking for. Most shops would just have pointed in a general location for me to find on my own. “I had the pleasure of shopping at Jcrew and Neha and assisted me and my husband find some clothes. She was so incredibly kind and helpful! And we had a lot of fun shopping with her! My husband is usually a pretty simple guy and he was hesitant to shop at j crew but she showed him some great simple shirts and we ended up buying him several shirts. I LOVE that nearly everything in the store is 100% cotton and soft. We can trust we are putting good quality fabric on our skin. Thank you Jcrew!”
“Glad I took the drive the moment I walked in the staff greeted me so warm and inviting. The staff members was constantly cleaning and wiping things down as other shoppers come and go. Which made me feel safe while shopping and we all had on mask. In this time of uncertainty that is very important. Let me just say Dustin the manager was very informative about any and all questions I had. We even visit the website he showed different ways to shop and stay in the know of sales and new or exclusive items that you can’t normally find. “I decided to go shopping here because i needed a couple pairs of long pants since the weather has been so cold. I was in a depressed mood because i have a very hard time finding pants that fit . I have a large butt, skinny calves, and a bit of fat that likes to hang over the waist line. As i tried on clothes i got discouraged seeing myself in the mirror. One of the nice girls that work there asked me if i needed any help or another size. i opened the dressing room curtain and showed her how horrible i looked in the pants. I was crying . She was very nice and made me feel better by suggesting a different style of pants and by reassuring me that we would find something that i would feel comfortable in. All the girls that worked in the store started bringing me things to try on and were honest by letting me know what looked flattering on me. I ended up finding a lot of things that i feel beautiful in . One pair of the jeans even makes my malproportioned legs look great. I am thankful for all the girls help and i feel like we are all friends now. I will be back for sure !!”

“Wonderful location! I was on vacation in Alpharetta, GA and decided to go to Dawsonville the PREMUIM outlet stores. It's only about 30 to 35 mins from Alpharetta. Of course, I shopped at quite a few stores, but had to dip into the Guess Factory store! As usual, I got some great deals! The store was very organized and customer service was great!
