“Very nice quiet and safe apartments. Mangent and maintenance where awesome. The only thing I didn't like about the apartments were all the extra charges. Yout rent never the same every month. Example if your rent $1390 you end up paying something like $1580 or more a month. I think that is so unfair”

“Today, I visited Arcadia Decatur Apartments today via a Zillow.com search to request a Tour of their complex for we're possibly relocating soon. Shorthly, afterwards I received a call from the Arcadia's Leasing Agent - Tori to confirm my Tour. Upon my arrival, I was greeted, and asking my preferences. I provided my State Issued ID and we began the Tour. I informed her the location was idea for the school zone as well close proximity to the lifestyle we are accustomed to ie. Bike Trail, Dekalb Farmers Market, and etc... Upon my exit the Property Manager introduced herself and we all had a nice conversation. Tori was very Professional, yet personal addressing all my questions and concerns. We just might be moving in.... :)”
“Shortly after unexpected death of my husband, Cathy, the administrator at that time offered me a furnished apt as it had been a model apt. I was moving from Hawaii & was so blessed to b offered that. My time at Clairmont Crest was most enjoyable & I met so many good friends, Mary, Sherry, etc. Since the furniture did not belong to me, I left it there. Of course, when moving back to Hawaii as it was the property of Clairmont Crest. New management came in after I left & did not understand everything I left belonged to Clairmont Crest. It is a very convenient location, & I am sure it is even better now. I would go back as I am returning to Georgia & looking for an apt like I enjoyed at Clairmont Crest.”
“I’ve been a resident at Gateway at Cedar Brook for the last five years, and I recently transferred to a new unit this past Saturday. From beginning to end, Ms. Darlene( Community manager ) made the entire transition incredibly smooth and stress-free.
She is calm, patient, and always willing to help, no matter how many questions you have. Darlene walked me through every step of the process, made sure I had everything I needed, and followed up to ensure the move went well. Her professionalism and warm personality truly make a difference in this community.

“Quite safe place to live. Easy to get to and from these apartment homes. Two bedroom I had was filled with light and had 9 windows total. Nice sized kitchen and pantry. Bathrooms were dated and trim was old is all.”

“Lived here for a year! Honestly it is located at a convenient spot. Close to Emory, Publix, MARTA routes, and walk trails. The leasing office is very responsive. I had to call leasing office after midnight due to emergency two times during my stay - both times my calls were answered and the issue fixed in a couple of hours. It’s especially great for incoming students. I like month community events where they give out free food and goodies/gift cards. I found the option of paying rent per-room instead of per-apartment very convenient for my needs.”

“I stopped by this location and I was there in the area and wanted to get some information about these. The office staff was definitely willing to assist me. They even gave me a cup of coffee ☕️. It was a wonderful experience to get the necessary information needed when I asked about the apartments. I can say that the fitness center was on point. It allows you to go in at any time day or night ?. Which is a plus when work really pulls you in different ways. The pool looked refreshing but I wasn't dressed for it. The neighbors were eagered to give me their input on the location there. Oh and they accept pets. Just pay attention to there's also a laundry room. So honestly....You're definitely going to be at home once you make up your mind. The location is great to.....”
“You get what you pay for, so as far as aesthetic is concerned; it’s not aesthetically pleasing. But it a perfect transition home for you to have a place over your head and stack your bread. They care about the residents, from what I can see. Any work order I have put in has been answered promptly. The leasing agents are very pleasant, and that says a lot ; being on flat shoals lol. The only reason for not having 5 stars is the gunshots I hear coming from the Main Street. I do live close to the Main Street , so whoever lives deep in the neighborhood probably doesn’t have the same experience I do.”

“After a lot of live changes I found myself in a new state at a new job and got so lucky to find a great place to live. My apt is stylish and the amenities are wonderful. The staff is always ready to help or suggest things in the area not to miss. Being new, I especially enjoy the events the staff put on for residents. Puppy parties, Halloween parties, cookouts and more have made it easy to meet my neighbors and meet new friends. Being next to the main strip of fabulous shops and restaurants in Decatur makes going out a simple walk away. Oh, and for life stuff, my doctor is in the building in the same parking lot, CVS and the vet are just across the street, and my dentist and bank are one block away. If you've driven in Atlanta traffic you know what a big deal this is.”
