“I’ve lived in a few buildings around Atlanta with amenities and what I’ve found is all the buildings are nice but they aren’t all nice to live in. The difference is how much the people that work there actually care about making it a nice place to live. I’ve never had an issue or a question that wasn’t immediately addressed. Chase and Dina are both great and the maintenance staff is the best I’ve experienced. Moving out after 3 years (not to another building) but I can’t recommend the staff here enough. I wouldn’t rent anywhere else in the city.”

“I have lived here for a couple of years now. The service quality has been trying at times but the current management has really worked hard to timely address issues on the property. Safety concerns haven’t been a big issue around this property and its proximity to a number of locations downtown and otherwise makes it a superb place to live within the city.”
“Pamela was incredibly sincere and helpful throughout the entire tour. She answered every question we had and gave us a thorough tour of multiple units, leaving such a strong first impression. It really reinforced why this is a place my boyfriend and I would love to call home. There are so many floor plans to choose from, so we’re still deciding what makes the most sense for us—but overall, it was an amazing experience. Also want to note, the property is very well maintained and very clean.”

“Hands down, one of the best places I’ve lived since in Ga. It begins with the leasing office . Everyone is courteous, professional and attentive. I’ve lived here for a year, no problems at all. Maintenance is friendly and prompt making repairs. Grounds are always clean, no car break in’s in our parking garage. I just love it here. I’ll be getting one of the larger units with upgrades. Rent is below market and remains. For this area, that’s amazing! Owner is more concerned with keeping tenants than making money. I live next to our courtesy office, he loves it here too!
6/16/26 update: wanna give another high praise to my maintenance team for working as fast and as diligently as ever . They came immediately to fix my AC. It was 90 degrees outside but during menopause, that feels like 100000 degrees 😂😂
They put on their gentlemen capes and saved me once again. They truly do the best job they can. Always polite & diligent! Thanks so much guys!!”

“One of the best apartment complexes I have ever lived in. If I didn't need to relocate, I would have chosen to stay here. I loved the former proper manager Ross and the current manager Madison. From the Managers always being helpful to the maintenance staff ( the two men whose names I can't remember), for handling issues promptly. Everyone who works at this complex is extremely nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this complex for anyone looking for a safe, calm apartment complex to live in.”

Before you move in just make sure you're okay with car noise, you're re right next to multiple highways.
One thing I wish they had, more cameras or security. They broke in the garage multiple times while I lived there. The garage door made no difference. My boyfriends car had windows shattered TWICE on two different occasions.
Besides that it was a good place.”

“I’ve lived here for 2 years and I am planning on a third. It’s in a good central location between Lawrenceville and Duluth. Easy access to the highway. The pool and gym are consistently upkept. The management office is very transparent when something isn’t working or is broken - like the storms causing some amenities to not work. I wish there were more amenities like a car wash and or tennis court. The units are nice but missing a few things to be “luxury” in my opinion (no Nest AC controls, shower is dated, no electronic unit entry). Maintenance isn’t bad but a few of them aren’t very nice.
My biggest complaint with this place is actually the residents. Dog owners who have no respect for other people leave their dog’s feces ?around ;(. They let their dogs sit on balconies and bark at people at the pool. A larger problem is that people here constantly park in handicap spots and their accessory spots ?”
“The leasing agent was great! She had great customer service and the community was perfect. But the ai application would not let me identify myself so I couldn’t even apply to the community. I was sad about that. I even called the 100 customer service and they took everything off my profile and I still wasn’t able to verify my identity.”
