“I visited this location to get a new headlight and a gas cap. I was immediately greeted by Kevin, who was genuinely helpful and attentive. He took the time to help me install the light despite the challenges he faced. I truly have never had a customer service experience like this before. He made my week and made the experience less daunting, because my knowledge of cars is very slim. If you visit this location, ask for Kevin you definitely won’t be disappointed, and you will definitely get a laugh in while you're there.”

“As usual, I had a fantastic experience at batteries plus. The folks that work at the Decatur location are always very kind. On this particular day, a gentleman named Isaac assisted me very well in replacing some very old fluorescent bulbs for my garage. I told him I wanted the brightest ones available and he did some research and came out with some that were even better than the ones he had first recommended. I appreciate Isaac taking his time and providing such excellent customer service. My garage has never been this bright. Thanks a million guys!!”
