I was met by Jennifer (cashier) and I think a manager who was so kind to wait for me to find the employee card. Great customer service makes you come back quicker. Thanks for making my holidays awesome.”
“Today I shopped at the Big Lots located on Candler Rd in Decatur, GA. I purchased Christmas Decorations for my front porch and I was very pleased with the different varieties they offered and the prices were good too. The store Manager named Corey customer service was great. He was very professional and helpful with my order. I would definitely recommend this location to my family and friends It was Corey's great customer service for me.”
“I had to leave a review simply because the staff was so on point. Greeted every customer walking in, worked through a long line quickly, politely, and efficiently. Evident that their corporate structure has left them to flounder. A security device on a pair of shoes was blaring the entire time I was there on the other side of the store and they maintained customer service the entire time.”
“I went in today looking for a few housewares for my new home - there wasn’t a huge selection of decor/kitchen items but I was able to find a small assortment of super cute things for really great prices. I didn’t have time to look through clothes today but they seemed very well organized and the staff was so friendly.”

“Only thing stopping me from giving 5stars is the fact that the system is always down and must of the time tap isn’t working. Other than that I love the new management that this store has now. I have been staying in this area for years and the store has always been a mess up until the last couple months. It’s a lot cleaner now. Staff if very professional and helping. Just wanted to give credit when it’s so because we seem to always give reviews when things are bad but not good…. Keep up the good work guys!!!! And family dollar give these folks a raise. They deal with a lot and deserve it!”
“I don't know how they manage it, but they are one of the cleaner, more spacious Family Dollars in the area. I like their selection of items better. The parking lot is cut weird though.”
“Went into this location today 6/8/2022 and was greeted by “Aaron” the front cashier he was quick and efficient and was very positive with a smile on his face. Thank you Aaron for being positive because most people don’t want to work or come to work and are rude to their customers. Good job Aaron”
“For All Those that get The UCard you can use It at Walmart or Kroger and They will Shop For you and you can pick it up or Have Them Delivery so If you or looking to make your Life a little smoother and Buy Food, Pay Bills, or just pay for Your prescription and It is a Great Place to get Household Items and Merchandise.”
