When they ask if you need help, genuinely take them up on it. Locals know this place is legitimately kind and friendly. The staff is so helpful. I feel safe and welcomed here, it was a place I grew up stopping in to and I still love this establishment. I recently went to a Lowe's with an angle grinder and asked someone where the disks were for it- the employee asked me what tool I was holding. At this Ace, I am greeted by knowledgeable people or immediately directed to someone who is, they help when I need it with a smile. Truly a pleasure to shop at.”
