Even a raise would be nice. Have lunch delivered for them and say something to make them feel appreciated. One company that I used to work for took all of the employees out to breakfast one morning. We had a wonderful time before we went back to work.”

Not only did the manager let us in at 7:55 when they close at 8, the most kind and helpful associate, Mr. JB saw us looking around for a part and helped us find what we needed in the nick of times. “I stumbled upon this hidden gem by pure accident while out driving around Decatur. I was so ecstatic when I saw it that I googled it immediately as I was driving, found the number, and called the next day. I spoke with Layler (idk if that's spelled correctly, so forgive me) and she was very kind and patient with me as I asked a bunch of questions about the store and if they would be able be to assist me in learning to care for my plants as a new plant owner. Then, once I actually made it into the store. There young lady there greeted me and was patient with me as I had so many questions of how to care for my plants and even teaching me the name of one of them while she assisted me with new pots for them, adding new soil for the roots, and even giving one a little water love. She validated my parking, which is clutch, as long as it's under 90mins. Then I left and called back as I was driving and spoke with her Associate who was also very kind, helpful, and patient. Forgive me for forgetting their names but they were definitely awesome as well. I'll definitely be back to learn more, bring my daughter, and purchase more plants and pots. Very awesome employees and needed company. The only thing that would make this place better is if they had a location inside the city of Atlanta instead of in Decatur. ? ? Thank you for such great service in a social climate where even decent customer service seems so hard to find! Wish you all the best. See you all again soon.”
