“I made an appointment online to open up another business account (i have a personal and business account already) somehow my appointment was made for a personal account instead of a business. When I got to the branch I learned that the Rep that was supposed to help me was unable to do the business accounts yet. One of the young men asked the female if she could help me. Her response was … if I didn’t mind waiting until she finished…. Needless to say… I waited and I’m so glad i did. Coronda has the most Amazing customer service!!! She opened my account, deposited my checks, and entertained me with small talk with ease.. She’s a natural and she unknowingly has become my new banker. Thank you Coronda for making the wait worth it, I appreciate all of your help.”

“The manager Shantrece is an excellent employee. She offered me all of the products and she turned my gloomy day into sunshine. She did her job. And spoke life into me. Many times, people never know what your going through, and she didn't, but she treated me with much kindness. She took her time with me, going over the accounts and what would suit me best.
