“I made an appointment online to open up another business account (i have a personal and business account already) somehow my appointment was made for a personal account instead of a business. When I got to the branch I learned that the Rep that was supposed to help me was unable to do the business accounts yet. One of the young men asked the female if she could help me. Her response was … if I didn’t mind waiting until she finished…. Needless to say… I waited and I’m so glad i did. Coronda has the most Amazing customer service!!! She opened my account, deposited my checks, and entertained me with small talk with ease.. She’s a natural and she unknowingly has become my new banker. Thank you Coronda for making the wait worth it, I appreciate all of your help.”

The setting is very clean and comfortable, and nicely situated off Chamblee Dunwoody Road w ample parking. I felt very comfortable there and my questions were welcomed and valued. Great experience.”

“I have been working with this office since 2008. I have always found them to be excellent; very responsive and helpful. This has been true even as staff has changed over the years. I was in there today for an unusual transaction and the young woman at the front desk greeted me with a smile and had my business taken care of within a couple minutes. She was very buttoned up. I have found Fidelity representatives to be very helpful on the phone, but there's nothing like having an office you can walk into and speak with a representative face to face.”
