“Visited this branch and was greeted by Yasiah J. He was welcoming and knowledgeable of what I needed. I just moved from Ohio to Atlanta and he was the first one since moving here to give me excellent customer service. I am going to send en email to corporate to let them know.
I watched him handle a difficult customer with poise and kindness. He was so professional. I hope he does not leave this branch he was the only one there that looked professional and cared. The females in there were in the corner discussing man problems and left him with a line. I will be back to this branch. Thank you PNC!!”

“The manager Shantrece is an excellent employee. She offered me all of the products and she turned my gloomy day into sunshine. She did her job. And spoke life into me. Many times, people never know what your going through, and she didn't, but she treated me with much kindness. She took her time with me, going over the accounts and what would suit me best. She is a great asset to the company. All of the other employees were very pleasant as well including the male banker and female tellar. I could not have asked for a better experience!”
