We’re temporarily adjusting services available at our local branches to help maintain the health and safety of our clients and teammates. This includes providing teller services through drive-thru lanes only, in-person visits by appointment only, and select branch closures. Some branches without drive-thru lanes will remain open with enhanced sanitization measures.
Front door kept locked. Can't make a cash deposit if I'm not in the account. Two (all on duty) tellers needed to reset a user's password while other wait in line.

Went there yesterday to notarize something (1/26/2026). No problems in the past. They no longer notarize for customers, or are just too lazy to do it. Service has gone way down the drain from what it used to be. Went over to Bank of America a few blocks over - no issues.
