“This is my second vehicle purchase with them and I can clearly say I will go for a third car if possible. In the beginning of purchasing my second back in during covid, there wasn't many cars in the lot, but I ended up getting me a nice vehicle anyway. Now we did have some issues with the vehicle that we had to return it back and get fix but Steve and his crew got on it immediately. Now I can say we don't have that problem anymore. They are very patience and understanding when it comes to payment arrangement and all. I definitely enjoy speaking to Margaret everything I call to make a payment, she keeps on my toes to make everything is up to date and on point. So for that I thank you Margaret. To my salesmen Keith (I hope I said his name right) , I want to thank you for getting in my second vehicle. From the moment when I first entered and got my first back in 2016 or 2017 to now my second car you have nothing more but patience, kind, and very informative. ***UPDATE*** 2 days after the purchase, CHECK ENGINE light came on. Reached out but no answer to my text messages, it showed messages were read, just ignored because I mentioned check engine light on.
Oh well, l did not have a warranty so it was nothing I can do. Check
Engine light still on.
I do like the vehicle I purchased, it just would have been appreciated if they offered to repair it since it was less than 72 hours. Especially since I paid cash!

The only thing I don't like is the limited parking when leaving your vehicle and they only provide shuttle services within 5 miles.”

Majority of the time other dealerships will make fake representation to smear the reputation of another dealership just to get ahead of the competition.Secondly, what has a business name got to do with the great services provided? What is most important is the quality of cars sold at this car lot? How many complaints have been made about the quality of cars sold at this car lot? Almost none. It is a known fact with every dealership sometimes titles could be provided late by the auction, which is not within the power of the dealership. In addition, some customers may not pay their tag and title fees early enough, thereby delaying the process of receiving their tag. I was even there when Veronica, one of the negative reviewers, was unwilling to pay late fees for late payment for tag and title, even when she delayed in paying her tag and title to DMV. You see what i mean. Give credit to whom credit is due. My family and friends have bought more than 5 cars there.”
“Got my daughter a 2017 Hyundai sonata from here and so far no issues what so ever! We did have to replace tires and air filter but that's everyday wear and tear maintenance. I would definitely recommend this place just take the time and throughouly look at the vehicle from end to end, don't be afraid to pop the hood and check fluids!!!
